10) In any case of any member's/user's access being removed from Imagiception ("Imagiception", "imagiception.com" and its sub-domains), staff members, such as Administrators and Moderators, have the rights to restore or not to restore anyone's account/data of their free will.

The information would have been obtained illegally and is not admissible in a Court Of Law.
